BORG Automotive, Europe’s largest independent remanufacturer of automotive spare parts, needed a scalable way to replace manual, spreadsheet-based pricing that could no longer keep up with its growth and complexity. Managing 18 million prices across more than 16,000 SKUs made it difficult to maintain visibility, control, and fast response times, so the company turned to PROS for a more modern pricing solution.

PROS implemented a centralized, rules-based pricing platform that automated calculations, approvals, and updates, while integrating with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The results included an 85% reduction in price update time, cutting changes from 45 minutes to 5–10 minutes, and onboarding 17 of 150 price lists within three months. PROS also helped BORG Automotive build a more scalable pricing process to support future growth and AI-enabled capabilities.
