airBaltic, the Baltic regional airline, needed to improve the accuracy and availability of offers on its website and across interline partners to avoid lost bookings and poor customer satisfaction. Using PROS and its airline retailing and offer management platform, airBaltic aimed to create a faster, airline-controlled digital shopping experience with reliable bookable offers.

PROS implemented unified retailing, live shopping and pricing for the web channel, plus an interline availability solution that reduced reliance on PSS inventory hits. The results included 500K Euro in savings within the first few months, higher offer accuracy on the dotcom, improved bookability for interline partners, and a stronger digital-first shopping experience with more competitive offers.
