Nebraska Department of Human and Health Services - Customer Case Study

The Nebraska Department of Human and Health Services needed a way to test the knowledge of licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in Nebraska as part of new continuing competency requirements. ProProfs Knowledge Base, through its ProProfs Training Maker product, was used to create an open-book exam process for more than 2,200 licensees.

ProProfs Knowledge Base implemented a flexible testing solution that made it easy to create and edit training, link reference information, and quickly retrieve test results. As a result, the department has successfully conducted over 600 tests and continues to use the system to meet its licensing requirements.
