To solve this they adopted ProProfs Knowledge Base to deliver structured user guides and integrate documentation with their existing web portal and support workflow.

ProProfs Knowledge Base was integrated and branded into Altiscale’s portal, added Google Analytics tracking, multi-tab topic browsing, PDF export and staging sites, and simplified multi-author content creation with easy image and code snippet support. The result: faster content updates, much better navigation (table of contents and indexes), seamless linking from support, and strong engagement metrics — 65% returning visitors and 30–60 sessions per day — with no complaints.
