ProProfs Knowledge Base helped Acer build its internal documentation system and sync existing documents for secure access. The ProProfs team also built APIs for document syncing, integrated the solution with ADFS, and set up secure login on the knowledge base home page. As a result, Acer gained a structured, multilingual platform with the service and customization it needed, supporting more than 160 countries.
