Ready Mix USA, a regional construction supplier with twenty warehouses and more than 240 plants, faced severely fractured master data for customers and products across numerous divisions and source systems. This fragmentation made reporting and everyday operations laborious, led to duplicate mailings and inconsistent credit status across divisions, and left the company without a single source of truth. To address this, Ready Mix USA partnered with Profisee, deploying Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) together with the Profisee Platform (with implementation support from 323 Technology Solutions).

Profisee and MDS were implemented as a hub-and-spoke master data hub, with the Profisee Platform providing high-performance mass updates, advanced matching (including synonym replacement), and address verification via Bing Maps. The solution produced a central set of golden records, automated incremental matching runs, and enabled credit-status cohesion across divisions; the Profisee Platform’s match engine automatically approved 98% of analyzed records. As a result, Ready Mix USA now has reliable customer and product masters, stronger reporting and analytics, fewer duplicate mailings and manual tasks, and improved receivables control across the business.
