Global Media and Advertsing Company, a primarily B2B media and advertising firm operating digital billboards, kiosks and broadcast/digital radio channels, struggled with highly fragmented customer information across CRM, invoicing, order fulfillment and reference systems. The dispersed, duplicate and atomized records obscured parent–child relationships and made it difficult to roll up revenue or assess credit and risk. To build a repeatable Customer 360 solution, the company selected Profisee and deployed the Profisee Platform (on Microsoft Master Data Services).
Profisee used the Profisee Platform to de-duplicate and master customer records—initially consolidating 700,000 radio-business records and then expanding enterprise-wide—integrating Dun & Bradstreet via the Profisee D&B Connector to identify legal hierarchies and enrich credit/revenue data from 100+ markets. The implementation consolidated customers into single legal entities, fed master records back into CRM to eliminate duplicate accounts, improved collections and credit decisions, and enabled accurate revenue rollups, pipeline forecasting and cross-selling visibility across business lines.
