Domino’s, the world’s largest pizza restaurant chain with more than 17,800 stores in over 90 countries, faced fragmented consumer data across multiple commerce platforms that prevented identity matching and kept global franchisees from leveraging corporate data. To address these challenges, Domino’s engaged Profisee and implemented the Profisee MDM solution (customer master data management) to unify customer information.
