Largest Engineering Consultancy, a global design, engineering and project management firm with nearly 20,000 staff operating in 150+ countries, faced fragmented and inconsistent employee and office data across five major and three minor sources (about 100,000 records with 118 attributes). To achieve a single "true" view of staff data and better handle frequent organizational changes, they engaged Profisee and its Profisee Platform (with Master Data Accelerator guidance) to design an enterprise MDM strategy.

Profisee implemented a loosely coupled, multi‑domain master data hub built on SQL Server 2012 MDS and the Profisee Platform, prioritizing automated, high‑certainty matching for the Employee and Office domains and using configuration‑driven business rules for faster releases. The deployment produced a global Golden Record Management system, enabled near‑real‑time mastering into Active Directory, improved data security and governance, consolidated disparate source records, and positioned the Largest Engineering Consultancy to add domains and absorb acquisitions while maintaining consistent, accurate staff data.
