Lexmark, a global imaging and IoT company known for printers and Optra AI solutions, struggled with inaccurate customer and device installation-location data that undermined its machine-learning demand forecasting and caused delays in order fulfillment for print supplies. To address this, Lexmark turned to Profisee and its master data management (MDM) capabilities to replace a legacy solution and improve the underlying data quality.

Profisee implemented an MDM solution that broke down data silos, cleansed and standardized customer, location and vendor records, and used many-to-many relationship management to map data back to vendors.
