How Profisee helped Vaya Health achieve their Insight-driven Enterprise

Vaya Health, a behavioral health organization serving 31 counties with roughly 1,000 care facilities and 788 employees, struggled to manage a complex provider ecosystem—over 100,000 members in its provider network and about 2,000 in its own network—and faced costly, slow onboarding and licensing tracking. To address this, Vaya Health purchased the Profisee Platform to implement a master data management (MDM) solution on the Microsoft stack and speed up provider management.

Profisee implemented the MDM solution and used Profisee Academy to quickly train the data team; the project was completed in four months with limited resources. As a result, onboarding time dropped from more than three days to under one minute, cross-reference checks that took hours now take under 20 minutes, and ongoing automated workflows and golden provider records have greatly streamlined operations across the network.
