Ochsner Health System, a New Orleans–based health system with roughly US $4.3 billion in revenue, 32,000 team members and 100+ health centers, needed accurate, up-to-date employee information (certifications, specialties, availability) to support large-scale emergency mobilizations. After an initial MDM effort failed to reach production in 18 months and expansion was cost-prohibitive, Ochsner turned to Profisee, implementing the Profisee Platform with support from the Profisee Accelerator and Profisee Consulting Services.

Profisee built a process and workflow to consolidate HR, service management, Active Directory, the in‑house phonebook and legacy MDM data to identify, match and master employee records, empowering Ochsner self-sufficiency in 4–6 weeks. With the Profisee Platform the employee data model was in production and used by data stewards in 6 weeks (versus 18 months previously), enabled clean master data to flow into other applications including the service management app, and established enterprise-wide master data management.
