Cricket Australia, the national governing body for the sport, needed a complete 360° view of its customers to support its vision of cricket as Australia’s favorite sport. CA could not accurately identify new versus returning customers, was unable to run strategic upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and lacked a way to track and reward highly valuable customers. To address these gaps, Cricket Australia engaged Profisee and implemented the Profisee Platform as a cloud-based Customer MDM solution on Microsoft Azure.

Profisee cleansed, matched and de‑duplicated customer data from existing source systems to deliver a single-account view in the cloud.
