The American Heart Association, a national non-profit with 22.5 million supporters, 3,000 employees and 156 local offices, needed a complete view of customers and members to enable omnichannel marketing, cross-sell/upsell and data-driven campaigns. They required a cost-effective Master Data Management solution that would integrate with their Microsoft stack and existing BPM and event-streaming framework to consolidate and harmonize customer data. Profisee was selected to provide that MDM capability.
Profisee implemented an MDM solution that created daily data harmonization processes and golden customer records compatible with Dynamics, matching and de‑duplicating across sources. As a result, the American Heart Association consolidated roughly 40 million records into cleansed, trusted donor records, completed a higher-quality CRM migration, improved reporting and analytics, and enabled targeted marketing campaigns that increased donor response rates and donation amounts.
