Gainsight, a leading customer success platform, faced a growing, hard-to-manage SaaS portfolio with limited visibility into app usage, fragmented tools and spreadsheets, and time-consuming manual renewal processes handled by a small IT and procurement team. To solve these challenges, Gainsight turned to Productiv’s SaaS Management Platform to centralize contract and usage data and automate renewal workflows.
Productiv implemented a centralized platform with customizable, no-code workflows (triggering 90 days before key contract dates), Smart Fields for tracking cost codes and security reviews, and historical usage data to inform decisions. As a result, Productiv helped Gainsight eliminate missed deadlines and manual follow-ups, streamline cross-team processes, and achieve $1.2M in savings across 104 renewals while improving contract visibility and renewal outcomes.
