A ProcessMaker Case Study
Zagiel S.A., a leading Polish consumer finance firm with over 800 employees, struggled with fragmented, ad hoc workflows spread across multiple in‑house systems. The lack of a unified process platform made processes hard to change or measure—access control was paper‑based—and traditional enterprise frameworks proved too slow and costly to implement.
Zagiel deployed several ProcessMaker workflows (credit documentation, contract termination, access and sales user management, change requests and ITIL RFCs) to centralize and automate front‑ and back‑office processes. This produced predictable, traceable and adaptable processes, improved collaboration and workload allocation, reduced processing time and application errors, and cut development effort and costs.
