To support aggressive growth and serve nearly 70,000 users across HR, finance, operations and development, Valeo needed to replace a legacy BPM that caused 90+ second approval delays, high user complaints, and workflow inefficiencies across 300+ processes.

Valeo migrated to ProcessMaker Cloud, integrating with Google G Suite and mobile/Actions-by-Email to automate processes at scale (about 1M processes/year). Approvals dropped from 90 seconds to 15 seconds, saving roughly 6,750 hours monthly, enabling paperless operations, better system integration and faster innovation—and earning Valeo the WFMC 2017 Excellence in BPM award.
