A ProcessMaker Case Study
Tulsa Community College (TCC), a multi‑campus higher education institution serving nearly 30,000 students with about 2,700 employees, was hindered by entirely paper‑based processes. Interoffice mail, lost or incomplete forms, manual data entry across campuses, and slow approvals created administrative bottlenecks and poor student and staff experiences.
By implementing ProcessMaker to integrate with existing systems and automate workflows, TCC digitized forms, enabled pre‑population and e‑signatures, and modernized testing, graduation, leave and access requests. The college processed more than 7,000 cases in six months, cut approval times dramatically, reduced errors and manual work, and gave employees self‑service access to leave balances and pending requests.
