The Redwoods Group is a socially conscious property/casualty insurer that works exclusively with youth-serving organizations, using insurance data to identify and address root causes of social harm. Facing tens to hundreds of thousands of incident reports annually—from poolside and camps to remote sites—their basic form collector couldn’t handle high volume, mobile reporting, or the need to get accurate information quickly into claims adjusters’ hands.

ProcessMaker rebuilt the back-end into a fully automated workflow while preserving the familiar front-end, adding reporter authentication, media attachments, in-form validation, and automatic routing to the right managers and adjusters. The result was faster approvals, fewer follow-ups, improved data quality, HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information, better search and archival capabilities, and a more efficient system that strengthened The Redwoods Group’s ability to serve and protect youth communities.
