Sirius College, a multi-campus Australian school founded in 1997, faced growing operational strain from rapid expansion and strict regulatory requirements. With more than 300 staff users handling roughly 17,000 cases a year—including over 1,000 new student applications annually—the college struggled with paper-based student consent, fragmented admissions workflows, and the need to reliably notify parents and capture up-to-date emergency and compliance data.

By implementing ProcessMaker and integrating with Synergetic, SEQTA and Google tools, Sirius College digitized and automated key workflows—such as consent collection for 35+ activity types and the end-to-end new student application process—generating hundreds of thousands of text and email notifications and giving decision makers access to comprehensive enrollment data. Nineteen processes are now live (with more planned), delivering simplified operations, stronger compliance, faster processing and improved reporting across admissions, recruitment, purchases, leave and other school services.
