HSU-VKU, formed by the merger of Howden Specialty Underwriters and VK Underwriters, is an international underwriting agency focused on specialty liability products across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Latin America. As a startup subsidiary with limited budget, the firm needed to replace slow, paper-based workflows that caused data entry delays, lost documents, errors, and poor access to KPIs in order to compete and scale its underwriting business.
