ProcessMaker implemented an automated Chemical Information Analysis workflow that launches from an email, gathers and cross-references chemical data, prompts experts only when needed, and automatically generates and stores updated MSDS documents. Integrated with KnowledgeTree for document versioning and access control, the solution increased information security and process transparency while reducing case time, cutting redundant work, and lowering the risk of human error.
