EdAutomate helps U.S. school districts automate administrative workflows so teachers and administrators can focus on student achievement. Districts faced costly ERP options and time-consuming paper processes—form-filling, delayed or missing data entry, lost documents and errors—that ate into staff time and made district management inefficient.

EdAutomate delivered a SaaS suite built from open-source components (ProcessMaker, Pentaho, KnowledgeTree) hosted on Amazon EC2, implementing modules for purchasing, HR, maintenance/technology, reporting and records management. In a seven-month rollout serving 1,500 users and ~520 cases/month, districts achieved 6–18 month ROI, regained time for instruction, improved transparency and document retrieval, and gained the analytics needed for faster, data-driven decisions.
