Ecotech, a telecommunications consulting and services company, needed a way to manage competitive tendering on behalf of telecom operators. They faced varying bidding processes across providers, time‑consuming RFP assembly, scattered reference documents and customer data, and difficulty inviting, evaluating and selecting the right vendors while keeping the process transparent and auditable.

Neowise implemented the Bidgate eTendering portal using ProcessMaker BPM, integrated with vTiger CRM and WordPress. The solution centralizes RFP creation, document management, vendor invitations and reporting, and provides product/package browsing and order workflows; as a result the portal improved transparency and vendor management, sped up RFP preparation and overall tendering time, reduced paper and complexity, and increased accuracy in identifying the best suppliers.
