EarthLink Telecommunications, founded in 2005 and now the largest ISP in Iraq with 500+ employees, provides internet, ICT, data center and managed services to businesses and government. Before automation the company relied on paper forms and email threads to handle roughly 500 cases per month, which caused delays in document retrieval, poor tracking and reporting, and slowed process execution and growth.

EarthLink implemented ProcessMaker with cross‑department stakeholder buy‑in to automate five core workflows—including HR leave, payment requests, local purchases, new site acceptance and compensation cards—and integrated it with LDAP and their HRMS. The result was faster, auditable approval flows, centralized archived documents, improved tracking and reporting, and a scalable platform that supports additional process rollouts (50–100 planned).
