Facing rapid growth, the company needed a web-enabled system that let customers place orders by web or call center, provided full visibility and SLA tracking, integrated with existing customer databases, and supported barcode-based traceability as operations scaled.
Doknos implemented a ProcessMaker-based web portal and barcode integration (including a custom plugin and mapping-driven routing) so requests immediately generate and route tasks, each shipment gets a unique barcode, and customers receive automatic status alerts. The solution was delivered in three months and now supports 500+ users handling 1,500–2,000 cases per month, delivering real-time tracking, tighter control of deliveries, and improved efficiency and scalability.
