The Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM), a leading public university, needed a centralized system to manage roughly 900 institutional and international agreements. Lacking a single system of record left students, faculty and staff unable to reliably find agreement information or access benefits, complicating planning, monitoring and exchange processes.
UAEM chose ProcessMaker to create an Agreement System integrated with its Student Release System, providing comprehensive monitoring, workflow-driven approvals and faster access to agreement data. The solution gave managers immediate visibility into agreements, paved the way for students to submit benefit requests in a planned second phase, and introduced multi-level approval tracking—streamlining administration and improving access to agreement benefits.
