Adecco Colombia, the local branch of The Adecco Group (a Fortune Global 500 human-resources and temporary staffing leader), struggled with manual, ad-hoc email chains and Excel-based tracking for employee and customer support. These processes caused slow response times, inconsistent and lost data, lack of ticket visibility, and security risks from uncontrolled software access for temporary staff.

Adecco implemented ProcessMaker on AWS, integrating it with Adecco Online and the Novasoft ERP to automate workflows for support tickets, account permissions, vacation requests and more. The rollout eliminated manual data entry, increased transparency and manager oversight, sped up user provisioning, and lowered support costs—automating over 30 processes (11 running in the cloud), handling 36,871 cases in 2019 with 485 users.
