3 Degrees North is a software development and technology consultancy that helps nonprofits and membership organizations modernize operations. Working with The Legal Practice Board of Western Australia, they tackled significant challenges from legacy, disjointed systems—scattered data, paper-based workflows and manual handoffs—that caused unpredictable processing times, backlogs and poor user and staff experiences.

3DN rebuilt the Board’s website and implemented ProcessMaker to integrate CRM, finance, email and document systems, automate key workflows, add drag-and-drop form building, dashboards and Power BI reporting. The result was streamlined operations with less manual data entry and duplication, objective prioritization of tasks, faster, more reliable reporting, a better user experience and increased staff productivity and satisfaction.
