Randstad realizes a more efficient Purchase-to-Pay process and more control over spending with Proactis

Randstad Group Netherlands, a global HR services company processing around 80,000 invoices in the Netherlands, faced fragmented ordering and invoicing systems that left them with limited control over spend, approvals after invoicing, poor contract visibility and persistent maverick buying. To standardize procurement and improve transparency and ease of use, Randstad selected Proactis to provide a single integrated SaaS solution for contract, ordering and invoice processing.

Proactis implemented a phased, department-by-department rollout that links supplier webshops, enforces order-based approvals, and automatically matches XML invoices to orders and receipts in one application. The result: a much more efficient Purchase-to-Pay process, elimination of physical invoices, one third of the 80,000 invoices fully automated, a reduction of invoice-processing effort by 3 FTE, and stronger real-time spend and contract visibility that curbs maverick buying.
