Edilians, a leading French clay-tile manufacturer with 1,100+ employees and 14 factories, needed to replace an aging marketplace to centralize catalogs, digitize Procure-to-Pay, control spend across multiple sites, and ensure fast user adoption and ERP integration. In 2013 they selected Proactis and its purchasing platform to provide a private marketplace and flexible order/request management.

Proactis implemented a configurable purchasing suite with supplier and internal catalogs, order/receipt validation and ERP integration, administrator training and supplier onboarding. As a result Edilians now manages about 95% of its 15,000+ annual orders through Proactis, gaining greater spend control, reduced off‑contract purchases, faster user adoption and more autonomy for administrators.
