Public Charter School Successfully Uses Online Speech Therapy as Part of Blended Learning Initiative

Rocky Mount Preparatory School, a tuition-free K–12 public charter in Rocky Mount, NC serving about 1,200 students, uses a blended learning model but faced inconsistent special education services due to a regional shortage of speech‑language pathologists and long travel times.
