Zodiac Pool Systems partnered with Prepaid Technologies to automate a national consumer rebate and incentive promotion under a tight go-to-market timeline. They needed a way to eliminate manual work for both customers and employees while quickly supporting their sales and promotional schedule.

Prepaid Technologies built a custom solution in just six weeks using API and iFrame integrations, allowing consumers to submit rebate requests online, enabling Zodiac to approve claims based on program criteria, and generating formatted reports for card production and fulfillment. Prepaid Technologies also handled program design, creative, and required approvals, helping launch the program live; it has been running successfully for more than five years and later expanded into a Zodiac-branded reloadable incentive card program.
