Intolaw, an atypical law firm that provides most legal services for free, sought to create a chatbot that could predict a user's liability in a traffic accident and outline potential fines. For this project, they partnered with vendor Premium Plus to integrate new chatbot technology that would be fully automated and work seamlessly within their existing support environment.

Premium Plus acted as a one-stop shop, implementing and integrating a solution using BotXO's conversational AI technology alongside Zendesk tools. The result was the launch of "Basil," a unique legal chatbot, within six months. This tool provides 24/7 service, guiding visitors to answers about liability and compensation, ensuring they are well-informed before taking further legal steps.
