To tackle team dynamics and behavioral fit as roles changed, Six Factor adopted The Predictive Index’s talent optimization tools, including the PI Behavioral Assessment™ and PI Design.

Working with The Predictive Index and consultant Doug McCann, 17 Six Factor employees completed the six‑minute PI Behavioral Assessment and attended a 90‑minute Discovering Your Team Type workshop using PI Design. The Predictive Index’s insights gave leaders an actionable plan: Six Factor restructured several teams within weeks, increased self‑awareness, trust, collaboration and communication, and — in Parkins’ words — realized an “exponential return” on the investment.
