PI Midwest, a certified PI Partner, needed a way to diagnose leadership blind spots and rebuild team communication and cohesion for clients—while Anna Mason, a new consultant, worked to establish credibility. To do this she used The Predictive Index and its Resilience Series (including the PI Strategy Assessment and the PI platform) to quickly assess people dynamics and create a foundation of trust.
Using The Predictive Index’s Resilience Series and PI behavioral data, Mason ran virtual workshops that visually revealed talent gaps (for example, a Producing team with goals in the Cultivating area), aligned leadership on strategy, and provided immediate, actionable next steps. The Predictive Index’s tools helped PI Midwest demonstrate clear value, build client trust, and leave participants confident about what to do next—driving tangible progress in communication, cohesion, and overall talent optimization.
