How PI helped a hospitality group reduce turnover and increase headcount

O'Reilly Hospitality Management (OHM), a 1,600‑employee hospitality firm, faced the industry’s typical challenge of high turnover and the need to preserve a close‑knit, team‑oriented culture while growing.
