Envision Bank, a 200‑employee community bank operating six branches and 10 lending centers across MA, NH and RI, faced a cultural and leadership crisis after a 2016 merger and public offering. The clash of cultures and misaligned leadership hampered collaboration, retention, and growth, so Envision turned to The Predictive Index and its PI talent optimization platform (including PI Inspire) to diagnose and address team and communication breakdowns.
Working with The Predictive Index, Envision’s leaders completed the PI Design Strategy Assessment™ and participated in an “Executing Strategy with Confidence” session to surface misalignments, clarify work styles, and establish better communication and role fit. The Predictive Index–led interventions helped break down silos and align strategy, producing measurable impact: Envision returned to profitability (over $1M in Q2 2019), set monthly records in residential lending, grew deposits, launched new products and campaigns, and improved employee engagement.
