Klever, a leading programmatic agency, partnered with the vendor Predactiv to gain insights for a national quick-service restaurant chain client. The challenge was to inform a new Connected TV (CTV) advertising strategy by uncovering previously unknown patterns and audience behaviors to improve targeting.

Predactiv implemented its service by deploying javascript on the client's website to capture real-time behavioral data from over 870,000 unique visitors. The insights gathered allowed Klever to create a highly targeted CTV campaign focused on live sports and family interests. The campaign reached 32 million devices and drove a 14% overall brand lift, a 411% return on ad spend, and generated $3.1 million in incremental online revenue for the client.
