Precisely implemented Trillium Quality (with Precisely Professional Services configuring matching rules) to validate, cleanse, append and match customer data in real time and batch, creating a Single Customer View across systems. The solution enabled millions of records to be searched in under a second, delivered data quality 10–15× faster than required for SAP certification, and supported a ten‑month North American pilot; as a result, Precisely helped Porsche consolidate and standardize data across backend services, improve dealer support and customer communications, and accelerate the global CRM rollout and increased brand loyalty.
