Precisely implemented Assure MIMIX DR for AIX to replicate the UniVerse database from the production IBM AIX server to a replica server with near real-time replication and Continuous Data Protection (CDP). As a result, Mundi Westport Group can quickly switch to the replica if needed, recover data to any point-in-time, rollback the replica for troubleshooting, and incur little day-to-day administration—minimizing downtime risk and preserving high-volume shipping operations.
