Leading Midwestern Insurance Company, a regional insurer serving customers across more than ten Midwestern and Eastern states, faced limits from a legacy master data management system as it pushed to grow commercial business alongside retail. The lack of a single customer view, poor data quality, missing demographic/geographic details and agents’ inability to see full customer coverage undermined marketing, cross-sell and pricing efforts. The insurer engaged Precisely, deploying solutions including Precisely Customer 360° View and data assets such as the Precisely National Consumer Database and World Points of Interest - Premium.
