FICO deployed Pramata to digitize and extract contract data, integrate with existing MDM and Oracle systems, and provide daily updates and fast access for about 600 users. The solution centralized contract intelligence, sped post‑merger integrations and due diligence, improved renewal and upsell processes, increased operational efficiency, and uncovered $2.5 million in previously uncollected revenue from licensing noncompliance in the first year.
