Webhelp, a global Customer Experience and BPO leader with 38,000 employees across nearly 30 countries and 110 sites, needed to unify communication, collaboration and knowledge management for a widely distributed workforce. To address this, Webhelp partnered with Powell Software and deployed Powell Intranet on Office 365 (branded internally as WISE) to centralize O365 tools into a single, mobile-accessible employee portal.
Powell Software implemented a unified intranet integrating Office 365 features (SharePoint, Yammer, Microsoft Forms, Groups, Flows, Power BI), launched a streamlined mobile redesign, and iterated quickly on user feedback to improve navigation and performance. As a result, deployment now covers more than 90% of Webhelp’s population, unique visitor rates rose to 70–80% of employees, and WISE now fully supports Webhelp’s collaboration, communication and knowledge management while enabling ongoing KM enhancements and a push to 100% rollout.
