House of Fraser wanted to create a more connected shopping experience that combined loyalty and transactional retail in one mobile app. Working with vendor Poq, the retailer used the Poq platform to update its iOS app and support its multichannel loyalty ambitions.

Poq delivered a retail app that lets customers earn and redeem points across in-store, online, and app interactions, use the app as a loyalty card, personalize stock visibility by preferred store and sizes, and manage a single basket across House of Fraser online channels. The result was the UK’s first app to successfully unite a loyalty program with a fully transactional shopping experience, helping House of Fraser better connect its online and offline customer journeys.
