Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center, a small independent skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota, needed a more reliable, web-based EHR as MDS 3.0 approached and their long-time local, installation-based vendor lacked disaster recovery and regulatory readiness.
