Using Podium’s review prompts, leaderboard and messaging tools, WPD Management ran friendly competitions among property managers to drive reviews and improve tenant outreach. The Podium-powered program produced dramatic results: a 54× increase in average monthly reviews, a 113% rise in average star rating, and 640 total reviews (about 200 in the first month), aligning WPD Management’s online presence with its real-world service.
