Mattress City, a locally owned family business with five stores in Washington state, was struggling to collect Google reviews, improve search visibility, and communicate with customers more efficiently. Competing against big mattress chains with much larger ad budgets, Mattress City turned to Podium to help drive more reviews, more foot traffic, and better customer engagement.

Podium implemented text-based review requests and Webchat, making it easier for customers to leave feedback and connect with store reps. The results included a 12x increase in review volume, 2,840 total reviews with a 4.93 average rating, a 30% increase in web traffic from Google, an 86% increase in calls from Google listings, and a 39% increase in driving directions clicks.
