Using Podium, Hot Spring Spas and Pools added webchat, texting across customer touchpoints, and the Payments tool for contactless deposits and down payments. The result was a smoother curbside pickup process and the ability to sell hot tubs virtually, helping the business hit its monthly sales goal by April 16 and have one of its busiest months of the year.
