Gold Coast Plumbing, led by Dane Beazley, wanted to stop “doing fine” and become the community’s premier plumbing company but struggled to get enough jobs and social proof. Using Podium, Gold Coast Plumbing grew its Google reviews from about 50 to roughly 400 in two years (163 in the last 12 months), saw Webchat drive a large share of leads (53% of inbound leads) with a 16% Webchat lead conversion, and reported a ~20% increase in inbound leads thanks to fewer missed calls—results that helped them position as a premium provider and charge higher rates.
